“I love this electric towel rail - it doubles as a radiator and is very efficient. My only complaint with soak.com is the lack of communication regarding delivery date. I took allotted day off and delivery did not arrive. I had to ring 4 times in all and take following day off to await goods arriving.”

“Delivery of product failed to arrive on two separate occasions and then was cancelled without any communication. The first customer service person I spoke to was useless. Finally someone at the company who knew what they were doing called me, sorted it and I had my order within a week.”

“First delivery was lost by the transportation company and I had to call and chase to find out what had happened. I was on the phone for 30 minutes mainly holding but the CS team did their job well overall. It looks like they need more staff for peak periods and better tracking of deliveries so that the customer isnt alerting them to missing goods but overall not to bad. Wasnt to happy that the call centre could not call me back when they had a fire alarm so i had to hold to make sure i didnt have to wait another 30 mins while they carried out their fire test.”

“radiator very good only thing that spoilt it a little that one of the caps for the radiator valves is missing and I'm struggling to get a replacement”
