“I ordered a radiator and the 'you may also need ' recommended feet. only to realise they were the wrong ones for my radiator. I filled in the email customer services to inform within 24hrs of ordering and request a change yet still the incorrect feet came out leaving me to sort it out. not impressed to be honest.”

“Soak deliver really slowly. When they say 8 day delivery, they mean they will hold your order to the last possible moment then send it. If you need your item quickly, pay extra or order elsewhere. They will ask you to review them before you recieve your goods.”

“I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Soak. I made an order on the 30.01.19 and opted to pay additional for the next day delivery. The item never arrived and I received no communication as to why. I sent an email requesting some clarity and I received no reply. The item then did not arrive on the 1st or 2nd February either, to which I sent another email again to try and gain some clarity to which I had no response unfortunately. I have now rang this morning (04.01.19) to be informed that the item was never in stock - yet despite this I was still given the option to chose my delivery for the following day, with Soak knowing full well this item would not arrive. I am now still waiting for this item despite paying £40.00 delivery. This has then caused a back up with the various tradesmen visiting my house.”

“Not happy. Ordered a mirror last week not heard anything. Having to chase your company establishing whereabouts. No communication since I paid. Charged me £9.00 delivery still no item. The worst experience.”

“Not all items delivered as promised, one item damaged and also shower enclosure missing a glass screen. Customer service unable to deal with my issue due to software problem!!! I'm told it could take 7 days. Terrible Quality Control!! Maybe asking for a refund.”
