“Bought corelDraw 2018 which stopped working. Reported it and was sent 2019 serial number. Uninstalled and installed and everything worked fine until today. Software shut down and message says illegal software. Contacted Corel who said software is illegal and pirated. Cannot get any response from the company and doubt I'll get a refund.”

“It happened the same to me, bought a licence for Corel 2018 and after a few months it stop working, got in touch with them and got the same lame excuse as someone also reviewing on this site saying some customers had got the same issue when corel 2019 was released. After wasting time unistalling and downloading all again, same thing happen. got in touch with Corel and they said I was victim of piracy. Email them again, all i wanted was a solution, either corel working or my money back, never got a reply from them! Tried to call as well.. all you get is a voicemail! Rubbish!”

“I bought Corel 18 a few months ago and the literature they sent said never need another version and it is now not working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a con”

“Definately don’t use this company. They sold me a licence fir coreldraw 2018. It stopped working and I contacted them to sort it I got sent another download and an explanation about the 2019 version creating issues. The fix they sent gad exactly the same issue not working telling me it is an invalid and illegal copy. I emailed again to get nothing back. No contact at all despite numerous emails. All I want is the money back. Shouldn’t be a big issue.”

“Beware this company. They sold me a licence for Corel Draw 2018 which was invalid, i.e. the application shows a screen saying the licence is illegal and stops it working. They then sent me a licence for CD 2019 and the same thing happened. They then sent me a download link to an .exe file for CD 2018 containing a virus: Babar.488. I have asked for my money back, but no response from them so far.”

“As the previous customer no activation code despite paying £15 for it. Can’t get through on phone goes straight to voice mail and no reply from emails. Definitely give this place a miss”

“I wouldn't even give it a star but unfortunately I have to. Dilevered my software late, charged me more for 'next day delivery' Once I had the product, they have left out the activation code required for installation. Given me instructions how to install it, without a key code!!! Cannot contact them to sort out the issue because no one will reply back. Very poor service!!!!”
