“No customer service, won't answer phones or emails. I purchased a Windows 8 disc from them, this needs to have a product key to activate it, no product key was supplied. I have attempted to phone on numerous occasions and sent several emails without reply. The disc they supplied was also a copy, not an official Microsoft disc. Avoid this company!”

“Con artists. Lots of positive reviews which must be completely fake. They show no negative reviews on their website despite me and no doubt many others giving them one. They show no negative reviews on their website despite me and probably many others giving them one. I ordered Windows 10 repair, the invoice stated Windows 10 but Windows 8 was delivered. I have tried to contact them by phone, email and buy their online help. I have heard nothing from them despite several attempts.”

“Phoned & emailed many times, tried to contact other ways without much success. Microsoft claim it Is not a legitimate key, looks to me like a fake front and definitely pointing towards a scam.”

“ordered a Office 2016 key, first key sent can't be activated online or via telephone. Requested a refund, was sent another key and instructions to try the methords - key didnt work either as it had been used to many times. They ignore any request for a refund. Avoid at all costs.”

“Wish I'd read the "real" reviews before I ordered a Windows 10 key from them. It doesn't work - says it's already being used by another machine. I've asked for a refund but apparently I can only have a credit note - like that's going to be any use to me. This appears to be a company set up purely to scam poor suckers like me out of their cash. Avoid them at all coasts.”

“I purchased malewarebytes lifetime license from them, the first key they sent was blacklisted, they then sent another key which has now stopped working yet again states blacklisted again after latest software update. Tried to contact them numerous times, no response from e-mails.”

“Their description of the Media Converter software claims it to be able to Convert Video to Any Device but every time I try to import a VOB file it comes up with an error message saying it cannot read the VOB file. I've tried re installing the software with no success and I've had no useful help from your support team on this. In fact they make it almost impossible to contact them, very frustrating! I will not be using this company again, they must be the worst. Still not received my requested refund, not holding my breath! A very dissatisfied customer”

“I ordered cd logo insignia says (recovery/reinstall). I received a cd that does not say it on the cd, therefore doesn't work.. Wrong CD”

“SCAM! Avoid like the plague! Do not buy any of their Microsoft packages or anything else that requires a product key. They are sending out codes that have already been used and have stopped replying to my emails asking for a refund. Don't be fooled by the 5* reviews as majority as clearly fabricated. If you look at the 1* you'll see plenty people have had the same experience as me.”

“This company sent me 3 cds I had described my problem. None of them helped. When I went to online chat on web site no one answered. When I filled in web site query form no one got back to me . I did this three times. My problem with laptop password has not been fixed. They say on site that help is always available to customers!!! It’s not. Yvonne mckee”

“I purchased the win X DVD ripper I saw they gave me an option for download or hard copy I paid the extra money for the hard copy but they sent me the download instead I have tried numerous times to attach it it tells me the name or the code does not match I have tried to get help but nobody answers me back I am not in the habit of throwing away $30 please help I cannot even reach you through phone my email is lgcmouse@aol.com. please help”

“Bought a 2019 product which when the key arrived it was 2016. Asked for correct version or refund and got no response from the company. Left a 1 star review but they never published it on their site. DO not trust this company.”

“Bought Winx DVD ripper 2019 platinum, when i got the code it was a 2016 build. Asked for a refund and they refused. Good old paypal saw through their scam and refunded me. Do not trust this company. Companies real name is Uacomputers ltd run from a bedroom by the looks of it.”

“Bought a 2019 winx ripper code only to find out it was 2016. Refused to give a refund. Mis selling items for £20 that anyone can buy for £3. Do not trust this company and check versions if you have bought from them.”
