“This company sent me 3 cds I had described my problem. None of them helped. When I went to online chat on web site no one answered. When I filled in web site query form no one got back to me . I did this three times. My problem with laptop password has not been fixed. They say on site that help is always available to customers!!! It’s not. Yvonne mckee”

“This is a scam i bought Microsoft office for £34.99 and they sent me a wrong key. I have tried to call the number its engaged. Return my money you scammers”

“As the previous customer no activation code despite paying £15 for it. Can’t get through on phone goes straight to voice mail and no reply from emails. Definitely give this place a miss”

“They are closed, or just dont reply. Bought a office for Mac subscription which seems to be broken and they dont answer their live chat after a week of trying, the phone line rings once then hangs up and their message us section is equally as bad.”

“I purchased the win X DVD ripper I saw they gave me an option for download or hard copy I paid the extra money for the hard copy but they sent me the download instead I have tried numerous times to attach it it tells me the name or the code does not match I have tried to get help but nobody answers me back I am not in the habit of throwing away $30 please help I cannot even reach you through phone my email is lgcmouse@aol.com. please help”

“Bought a 2019 product which when the key arrived it was 2016. Asked for correct version or refund and got no response from the company. Left a 1 star review but they never published it on their site. DO not trust this company.”

“Bought Winx Ripper 2019. When it tunred up it was a 2016 version. Company ignored all my emails. Do not buy from this company.”

“Bought a 2019 winx ripper code only to find out it was 2016. Refused to give a refund. Mis selling items for £20 that anyone can buy for £3. Do not trust this company and check versions if you have bought from them.”

“Definately don’t use this company. They sold me a licence fir coreldraw 2018. It stopped working and I contacted them to sort it I got sent another download and an explanation about the 2019 version creating issues. The fix they sent gad exactly the same issue not working telling me it is an invalid and illegal copy. I emailed again to get nothing back. No contact at all despite numerous emails. All I want is the money back. Shouldn’t be a big issue.”

“I wouldn't even give it a star but unfortunately I have to. Dilevered my software late, charged me more for 'next day delivery' Once I had the product, they have left out the activation code required for installation. Given me instructions how to install it, without a key code!!! Cannot contact them to sort out the issue because no one will reply back. Very poor service!!!!”
