“I needed help this morning getting back into my reports on Excel. I am not at all tech savvy and I was able to get on the chat and talked to Patrick. With my permission, right away he was able to remotely log in to my computer and within minutes he was able to get me back on Excel. I enjoyed the service that was provided, EXCELLENT! Thank you, Patrick!”

“I made an appoint for assistance. I received my call on time. Patrick was my technician. He guided me through the process and was very helpful. My problem was fixed in under 5 minutes and I am very, very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“Having paid for instalation I was a bit surprised that initially I was expected to install it myself. Having encountered problems I got in touch with the support team and after thta the service was excellent and you ended up with a happy customer.”

“I had problems installing office as I must have had a bit of an old office install still on the computer. I contacted the support desk at 930pm and the issue was resolved before 10pm. A1 service.”
