“Five stars for this amazing company that helped me when I ordered the wrong size… not once but twice! Once I received the bands I was as happy as I thought I would be. The bands are comfy, I don’t have to adjust it at all throughout the day like regular watch bands and my sensitive skin is no longer irritated!”
“I was sent a band that did not look like the band I ordered. Spoke with Rea in customer service who said she would send a replacement band and then came back and said that the correct band was sent actually. After sending her a picture of what the band was supposed to look like she said the company changed the band design & the website does not reflect it.
I’m angry because this was not my mistake to fix and on top of that Rea did nothing to make this right for me.
This was not my first purchase from solace but it will be my last. Why would anyone purchase from you if nothing is guaranteed about what you will actually be getting?”

“Love my three new Solace Bands. I got the Imperium Vs Loop. It was too small but Solace Customer Service was awsome. They quickly processed my return and are sending me a new one. I used the measure tool and it had me at a small on the end towards extra small but it was too small.
I also purchased the Perma Band. It is beautiful. I haven't attempted to adjust the size but I hava a friend who says she's done it plenty of times and will help me.
The third one was the Nova Band. It also is very beautiful. All three are great quality. I highly recommend these bands. They were recommended to me by a friend. Glad I ordered them.”
“So love the feel and look. I measured the way the site instructed. I ordered a small and within a week it has stretched out to wear it slides. I wish I would have ordered an extra small.”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
“I like the material and the band but it keeps coming off the watch. The pins do not appear to be long enough or thin enough to hold in the watch. Also in the below question of was delivery as expected, it would not allow me to put that it was very slow”
“Giving three stars, because I ordered a medium watch band and it was too big, they kindly replaced with a small and now it’s too small 😫 not their fault, but the band doesn’t comfortably fit my wrist. BUT the company itself and their customer service team was great with helping me replace my watch. The sizing is just a bit 🥴”
