“I liked it, I liked the idea, however the sizing is weird. I got a small for me, based on the sizing instructions and it was so tight. I also got an extra small for one son and it’s going to the youngest because it is so small. I’m concerned that the medium will be too big and they aren’t easy to exchange. :-( I’m very sad that they didn’t work out.”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.

“The bands are very comfortable! My only complaint is that they do stretch out so consider ordering a size down. But that being said, my band stretched out and I emailed customer service and they resolved the issue for me and sent me a new band so quickly! Like 5 minutes after I emailed (on a Friday). Great customer service!”

“I ordered the wrong size, which was my fault and after exchanging for the correct size, solace let me keep the too small bands. While this is very generous, now I have three unopened, never used bands that they claim is in the name of sustainability. But wouldn’t it be better and more sustainable to take them back and send them to someone else? Other than that, great customer service and I can’t wait for the right size bands to arrive!”
“Really enjoying my experience with Solace thus far--would definitely recommend. I bought several of the Outlander woven bands. The bands have been pretty comfortable and of decent quality, and the customer experience has been great.
In particular, I'm also really satisfied with the exchange and return process. The woven bands stretched a little after normal use (~1/4-1/2"), so I opted to go for the next size down for a more snug fit. The exchange process was quick and very straightforward!”
“I have the slim matte black band and I love it. It looks great and is comfortable on my wrist. It was very easy to remove links for sizing with the included tool. Very nice touch. I’ve been wearing it nonstop for a week now and it shows now scratches or fading on the edges. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a large and it fit initially but got loose after about a week. Great customer service on a return to get Medium. That fit really good until about 3 weeks of use now it’s loose. I feel like a Small will be to tight.”
