“I absolutely love my bands! I bought a perma band and two slim imperium bands. Unfortunately I have to exchange the slim bands for the non slim ones, but the material and stretchiness was great. My perma band is my favorite it looks so nice, perfect for work and to dress my watch up a little bit.”
“I love the look of the band but I was looking for something more substantial, especially for the price-point. I have a pretty small wrist so part of the issue could be how the band feels and sits once I remove 3-4 links, but I also was hoping the clasp would be metal/better quality but it seems plastic-y. This is my first after-market band purchase so I'm not sure what to expect but I'll keep looking. Customer service was AWESOME though when I had thought the band wasn't delivered.”

“It took two exchanges to get the correct size but once I did it’s a nice product. The size measurement printout measured me right on the line between xs and small, since it recommended to size down in that case I did but in the end I ended up needing a medium.(I followed directions on it using a card to be sure it printed proper size and everything)”
“I was very disappointed with the surprise bonus band that I purchased. It was a various colored verigated colored band. I prefer solid bands. I contacted the company to find out what return policy was and they explained that I would be required to pay an additional $20 to change from the multicolored band to a solid colored band. They said I was also not able to obtain a refund since I was not satisfied with the colors of the band.”
“You screwed up my order from the very beginning, I ordered two bands, you just sent one, when I contacted you, it took another days to get the band, and it was not the right one that I ordered! I will not recommend your solace bands to me friends and family ! You never compensated me and I never got the band that I ordered. besides your bands are way more expensive that ones I bought from Amazon and they were much prettier!”
