“We were hesitant to get these bands because we have had great experiences before with replacements for the Apple Watch bands. Knowing these were adjustable and had the replacement guarantee helped. We both put ours in as soon as they came and are loving them. Mine is so pretty and I’ve had compliments already. It fits and stays put, but doesn’t bind or feel heavy. My husband got a stretchy band and says it is staying out too and is comfortable. Highly recommend!”
“I bought the white Imperium Adapt watch band for my new 42mm Apple Watch 10. It feels so much better on my arm than the silicon band that came with it. It is adjustable with a magnetic closure and allows my arm to "breath" instead of sticking to my arm like the silicon band did. I was able to get it on sale during the Christmas season, and will probably buy more in different colors.”
“The band itself is what I was looking for, but shipping and customer service are bottom level. I don't want to order from them again purely based on the poor customer service and awful shipping.”
“Loving my new bands, as a woman with small wrists the bulky bands that were available were just too much bulk. When I ordered the wrong size and needed to return and exchange my order the response was fast and easy.”
“I used the measuring tool which suggested a size XS. XS was too tight so I exchanged for a S (customer service was very helpful). Product labeled size S arrived but was the same size as the XS. I also received a free mystery band labeled size S but it was slightly longer than the band I ordered and fit well. I reached out to customer service to get a new size S band in the color I initially ordered. Still have not received that band.”
“Elastic bands will stretch (at least the thin one.) Had purchased a smaller size but it was tight so I exchanged for the next size, which is now too loose. Also, beware if you receive a gift card instead of payment method for a return, you won't receive the gift card amount back if you have to do another exchange/return. (Not sure if that makes sense but just get the money back in the original payment method.)”
“I purchased the slim imperium loop bands in two colors. They have a lifetime warranty so I felt reassured. Within months they had stretched out to the point that the watch would swirl around and didn’t maintain contact with my wrist (required password, didn’t share messages, etc). I contacted the company and they told me to wash in hot to shrink it, but that only lasted a week. I submitted a warranty claim and paid my $8 shipping, but noticed they now have a band that can be tightened - likely in response to significant warranty claims for stretching. I was not allowed to pay the difference to upgrade so every few months I’ll need to pay $8 shipping to replace the defective bands. Gotta say that if I have to buy new bands, I’ll look at other brands because allowing me to pay for the upgrade was a good compromise in my opinion and they didn’t agree. Three stars because they look great until they stretch out.”
“Overall, I am happy with the bands I got. They do not irritate my wrist. I was between extra small and small, so I got the extra small loops, which go on fine but are a bit difficult to get off. I have to turn the band inside out to charge. So far the band I am using has held up well to all of this.”
“I didn’t even use them. I ordered the mystery band and it came with a free mystery band. I said it was for a woman and I was sent 2 army green bands. They were ugly and I didn’t use them.”
“How can you have a printout measuring tool that is not even close to the actual size of the bands? I ordered according to the template and the bands were way too small. I returned all of them because I had no idea what size to buy. This ended up costing me money because your template was wrong!!! I would have a better review if I would have received better help with the sizing issue and/or it didn’t cost me for your error. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to wearing your bands.”
“While the customer service was amazing the band quality was awful. My first band lasted about 30 days. My second, a week. My third, a day. Solace replaced them immediately every time, but the bands kept breaking at the hardware connection point. Finally I requested a refund and got that without question. So, amazing customer service, but I couldn’t find a band that wouldn’t break. I went back to Apple.”
“The medium was too small and broke twice. The company kept sending replacements to ensure my satisfaction but the large was too large. Great concept but may not be for everyone”
