“I’m a repeat customer and really like their bands. For some reason, the paper measuring tape was way off and I ordered a size too small. (Half my fault—should have known I didn’t wear an XS.) Same thing just happed to a friend this week. So use care when measuring. However…their customer service response is EXCELLENT. Couldn’t ask for a better return situation.”

“Favorite apple watch band! I got a slim perma band because i have tiny wrists, and with the adjustable nature of this band, it fits perfectly. It doesn't loosen as the day passes, so I end up messing with it less. It doesn't snag on my sleeves like previous bands have done. And it looks really nice. I have no complaints. I've only had it for a couple weeks now though, so I can't speak to durability. It doesn't feel super rugged, which is fine unless you have a sort of rough-and-tumble lifestyle...I work with dogs and am out in the garden a lot so my worries include will it stay nice and clean and not get scratched or broken. Time will tell. But so far, I love it!”
