“They are nice looking and easy to use but they don’t have a lot of give. I bought two. One slightly too big. The next, too tight. I tried to stretch the tight one over a cup but it didn’t work.”
“Watch bands are beautiful but they need to sell additional links! The one I ordered was too small and I can’t add links without buying a 2nd watch band. That said, customer service was quick with their response and the return process is super easy!”

“I ordered an XL band and it’s just too small. It’s kinda to be expected I’ve been trying to buy a few different brands to see if anyone offers a solo loop style that fits my wrist.
Gotta give the band credit though. I tried to stretch it out by putting it around a cup much bigger than my wrist and letting it sit over night and while the band fit well after that, a couple hours later it shrunk back down to the original size. So if you’re worried that the band will loosen up over time that probably won’t be a problem”
“The metal clasp is uncomfortable on this band. I’m a bit disappointed. I have other solace bands and have been happy with all the loops, this one looks nice and is good quality, just unfortunately, uncomfortable.”

“My first band stretched out quickly and when I reached out to customer service they responded right away and offered a warranty replacement right away! I am so happy, as someone who works in customer service I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful bc I really love the band style!!! Unfortunately the exact same thing happened only days after having my new watch band :/ I don’t mistreat the band, I only slip it over my wrist to take it off. Just wasn’t for me I guess! Still cute and comfortable”
