“I was a bit worried when I got my watch band since it would need to be shortened. It turned out that it was really easy to remove a link according to the included directions. My band is just beautiful!”
“Truly one of the worst company’s I’ve had to deal with. I bought several bands from them with an estimated shipping time of 2-5 days. After two weeks with no email saying it was shipped, I decided to reach out to customer support. I sent several emails support, as well as reached out on social media over the next few weeks, with absolutely no response on their part. After a month and a half I was forced to file a charge-back with my bank. Only AFTER they were notified from my bank did they decide to send them, despite my several emails telling them not to ship as I already filed the dispute with my bank. I am now attempting to get a shipping slip to send them back, but surprise, costumer support is no help. I would not waste my time
With this company, bands were cheap looking and seemed to be the exact ones I bought cheaper from another site. Save your money.”

“While I admire the quality of your product, the sizing method is lacking. I’m on the second set of bands and the small is still too small. I used the sizing method from the website but they are still too small.”
“I was very disappointed overall. It is difficult to adjust the links on the band. After the links are removed, it does not fit my wrist perfectly because of the size of the links. It becomes
either too tight to wear or too loose and my Apple Watch does not sit flesh against my skin which causes my watch to think I am taking it on and off all day and with an hours my watch is dead. This is something that is not common knowledge so it did take me a little while to figure out what was wrong with it and when I wrote back to the company, they said it was past 30 days and there was nothing they can do about it. How disappointing after I bought three bands and they all have the same issue!”
“The product is very nice; however, Customer Service could have been better. When I reached out to relay that I got an email from Solace saying that my order had been delivered but I actually had not received it (did not get an alert from my apartment complex that I had a delivery like I always do nor could the package be found), the Solace Customer Service rep said I had to wait up to 3 x business days to see if the order would be delivered in that time. After 3 x business days, I reached back out to Solace to confirm that I still had not received the package & asked if they could please either process a refund or replacement. Customer Service then made the comment that they will send a replacement as a "one-time courtesy." I don't need any favors especially when it comes to something as insignificant as a watch band & after spending nearly $40 for one. In the future, you may want to treat your customers with a little more respect as they can get watch bands anywhere.”
“These bands are comfortable and attractive. Great for everyday wear. Mine did stretch out a bit after wearing daily (and sweating) after a few months. But they are reasonably priced, and so I bought a fresh one.”
