“Unfortunately my wrist is too small, it would have been great if there were some half links provided. It was either too small or too big. Also need to work on the dye for the black band, it dyed my fingers and wrist while removing and adding links. I can’t imagine if I had worn it all day while hot outside.”

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. Kindly contact our customer support team to help you with the exchange process.
“The sizing is weird and the measuring tool is inaccurate. There is a huge difference between a size XS and a S. I was in the range for XS, but it was uncomfortably tight. I exchanged for a S and it's too loose. The band is cute though and I really wish I could wear it, but unfortunately I wasted my money:(”
