“I LOVE my Solace Bands for my Apple Watch. The silicone ones with a buckle clasp were so uncomfortable to wear and caused skin irritation under the band. My first order of 3 woven Slim Imperium Loop Solace Bands solved that problem, and were just the look I wanted, not to mention so easy to pull on or off. My only issue was that after a few months of wear they stretched out and became too loose. That problem was solved when I reordered 4 more bands in a smaller size, and though quite snug, they still fit comfortably. I am very happy with them!”

And, this company has the best customer service ever - I ordered a band in the wrong size, and they just shipped me the correct size and told me to give the other one to a friend! “I bought the paladin and paladin loop bands. One each for me and one each for my boyfriend as well as screen protectors. As for the screen protectors they are great, way better than the ones I got off of Amazon. Personally the paladin’s hook irritates my wrist, other than that it is great and super cute. My boyfriend wears his paladin constantly and hasn’t complained. The paladin loop is great, I’ve been using it more. They don’t cause the blotchy irritation that the regular apple one does if it gets wet. They don’t get dirty easily either even for a bright color. I also like that they don’t put a giant logo on the band like the competition.”
“I ordered and paid for 2 watch bands and after almost 3 weeks only one band came to me. I did go to their website and got an honest apology and a promise to sent the additional watch band. I still have not received it.”
“Weak spring rod disconnects at least once a day sending my Garmin to the floor/ground. Had to go back to the OEM Garmin band and realized the huge difference. The Garmin spring rods take considerable pressure to release compared with the junk ones installed in this otherwise, very nice Outlander Loop. Tried to sumbmit warranty claim but can not find my order #.”
“My first band stretched out quickly and when I reached out to customer service they responded right away and offered a warranty replacement right away! I am so happy, as someone who works in customer service I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful bc I really love the band style!!! Unfortunately the exact same thing happened only days after having my new watch band :/ I don’t mistreat the band, I only slip it over my wrist to take it off. Just wasn’t for me I guess! Still cute and comfortable”
