“Although I had a little trouble finding what I wanted at first, I think that was me more than the Website..... I don't do Computer on line buying with out the Boss, the Items which I ordered for my Sea Scout Group were delivered promptly and will be use in July at our Big Night Out 2 Camp at Quex Park Birchington.. “First class service from Soul Pad ! I ordered my tent at 2pm Friday afternoon and at 8.30 next morning the postman was knocking with my tent ! It came well packed and with full instructions. I put it up in garden immediately and was taken aback by the quality of workmanship and materials used in the tent. Thanks for this great product and looking forward to many great days and nights under its canvas.”

“Soul pad 4000 Hybrid. Delivery a couple of days after placing the order (we were out unfortunately but they redelivered a couple if days later by parcel force). Took it for a test drive one night with 2 kids (5&9), before longer trips. Despite the all night rain there were no leaks. I had heard that some water may come in on first wetting but not a drip and it was raining for 12 hours straight. Love it. Spacious enough for us, our kit and some cushions to lounge around in. We plan to invest in some thick mats to insulate the ground as you would expect with any tent but the groundsheet is really heavy duty. Also the fastest I’ve ever put up a tent. That’s I ncluding my expensive 2 man backpacking tent. Literally 5 mins to get it up without any help. After that people could start getting kit in while I readjusted some of the guy ropes. Love it already. Even managed to get most of the moisture off during a dry spell the next day. It needed a proper dry out the next day but didn’t take long.”

“Really well made spacious tent. Easy to put up, in around 10 minutes or so we were ready to put our beds up. Aside from the tent the customer service is great, had a reply from an email within a few hours. Also delivery was within a couple of days. Cannot fault this company 🙂”

Let's get a few things straight, Steve. Firstly and most importantly, I'd like to address you throwing insults at Zoe, my wife, who started this company single-handedly before 'glamping' was a thing. I am very proud of all that she's accomplished. Working alongside her to grow this company and its customer base is a privilege and an honour. I imagine that working alongside you would not be as pleasant. Your vulgar attitude towards our staff and you threatening not to pay for goods led to the cancelling of your order. You never received any products from us. We did not take any payment and we do not have any form of contract with you, thankfully. As one of the owners here I stand by the decision not to sell to you. It was not a decision I made but I agree with it. I trust my staff implicitly to do a great job and they reciprocate. It's clear you were unhappy with our approach so you began harassing our staff by telephone and email. Your insults and threats only reinforced the integrity of our decision. Specifically, "he needs to apologize or he will get taught a lesson", "i will keep refreshing my reviews and you will continue to see them forever", "I'm retired lots of free time, money and your company in my sights", "I live in the hometown of google and have longstanding corporate contacts here", "... one hour away from GOOGLE and I’m related to a senior vice president". That's just a small selection of highlights from the garbage you've been emailing us. While I'm here I should also point out that we don't pay to have reviews removed. When they are libellous, fake, threatening or abusive they are dealt with accordingly. It's all part of the service. Lastly, the death in our family was not a lie. The repercussions of which will be felt for a long time yet. I sincerely hope that you never have to suffer the petty ignorance of fools during such a sensitive time. Yours, Mark.

“I had trouble with a voucher code that I had been given as a gift. I called out of hours and was promised a call back the next day that I duly recieved. Isobel was excellent and efficient in resolving my issue and I recieved my order promptly....and even remembered me from my last contact. Excellent Service 😁”

“Already having a tent and wanting to buy the wood burner for inside, I called Soulpad to ask about what I needed to order, as a minimum. The lady was lovely, helpful and got back to me very quickly! The stove arrived well packaged the next day and looks great, so excited to use it! Thank you!”

“Was interested in a bell tent (as a gift for my daughter and her family) and phoned with some questions. Spoke to Lou who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Decided to place an order but had issues with paying by card from the account I wished to use and, again Lou took me through the process for alternative payments and informed me when the payment had been processed and the item dispatched. Product arrived within 48 hours but would have been quicker but for service delays affecting Parcelforce. Both Lou and Isobel ( Isabelle?)not sure which spelling, sorry were a pleasure to deal with so I would definitely recommend SoulPad if you are looking for camping equipment. Can't comment on the tent as yet as it won't get used until the spring but I will pass on any comments from my daughter once it is.”

“Having bought a 3m bell tent a few years ago and having no problems at all with its performance now enlarging to 6m Bell very excited to use next year with my family on the numerous bush craft shows we attend. The service was very friendly and helpful willing to let me ramble on and the offer of a coffee whilst sorting my order out was most appreciated overall would recommend Soulpad to anyone looking for a top quality fit for purpose reliable tent. “My order of guy ropes was delivered very quickly but was one rope short. Soulpad responded rapidly when i contacted them. They sent out another set of ropes straight away.”

“Cleaning kit for my bell tent delivered promptly - given a welcome refund for ordering 2 items . The cleaner worked really well, even nearly removing a few mildew spots - the tent was 8 years old and had not previously been cleaned . Have yet to try out the waterproofing - hope it will cure the minor leaking.”

I think it's fair to say that at 8 years old, without cleaning or waterproofing, your SoulPad has done everything expected of it. Time to give it a little TLC. And yes, spraying with a quality waterproofer will solve the leaky spots. Here's to another happy 8 years!
