These guys spend a lot of money making sure you only see the reviews they want you to see. The truth is they will screw you over in a heartbeat and lie through their teeth even about a deaths in the family to keep bad reviews away like this one that got pulled once already. Zoe you suck!

Let's get a few things straight, Steve. Firstly and most importantly, I'd like to address you throwing insults at Zoe, my wife, who started this company single-handedly before 'glamping' was a thing. I am very proud of all that she's accomplished. Working alongside her to grow this company and its customer base is a privilege and an honour. I imagine that working alongside you would not be as pleasant. Your vulgar attitude towards our staff and you threatening not to pay for goods led to the cancelling of your order. You never received any products from us. We did not take any payment and we do not have any form of contract with you, thankfully. As one of the owners here I stand by the decision not to sell to you. It was not a decision I made but I agree with it. I trust my staff implicitly to do a great job and they reciprocate. It's clear you were unhappy with our approach so you began harassing our staff by telephone and email. Your insults and threats only reinforced the integrity of our decision. Specifically, "he needs to apologize or he will get taught a lesson", "i will keep refreshing my reviews and you will continue to see them forever", "I'm retired lots of free time, money and your company in my sights", "I live in the hometown of google and have longstanding corporate contacts here", "... one hour away from GOOGLE and I’m related to a senior vice president". That's just a small selection of highlights from the garbage you've been emailing us. While I'm here I should also point out that we don't pay to have reviews removed. When they are libellous, fake, threatening or abusive they are dealt with accordingly. It's all part of the service. Lastly, the death in our family was not a lie. The repercussions of which will be felt for a long time yet. I sincerely hope that you never have to suffer the petty ignorance of fools during such a sensitive time. Yours, Mark.

Really disappointing service throughout, awkward to contact and very unhelpful, have gone elsewhere

Not the correct ringlock as seen in the photo,you have to screw it on. As the picture describes it is a clasp.......very dissapointing

One star? Seriously, one star because the photo doesn't match the description? Did you call us, or return the locking ring? Oh well, if that's really how you feel... ...Sorry you were so disappointed with your product. We will try harder next time, we always do. That's why we're so grateful for your feedback. I'm off to get the photo updated. Pffft! One star!
