I ordered the SoulPad 3000-ultralite, which came quickly and was packaged well. However, the description of the tent as being able to be transported on the back of a bike was, let's say, optimistic. I It is carryable, so you could hump it onto a train or bus, but it would be best transported in a car. I guess if I had looked more carefully at the dimensions - folded up at .8 meters long and weighing 10 kilos, I should have been better prepared for what I received. Having said that I look forward to using it when the weather improves. But I don't think I will be taking it anywhere on my bike.

Thanks for the honest, fair review Simon. Much appreciated. We introduced the 3000-ultralite to our range after watching many bikers ride off with the heavier 3000-hybrid strapped to their bikes. Not intending to mislead, we will certainly address the description of the 3000-ultralite to be clearer. Thanks again.

Sadly I managed to order something that wasn’t in stock which is always a shame as we always tend to be in a hurry for things, but ... These guys were on it straight away letting me know, so thanks to them I was able to reorder a similar product in time.

It's a shame that you don't have a better delivery service. Tracking information was poor, they tried to deliver twice but the days were unacceptable, so then had leave it with a neighbour.

Hi there Glenn, Sorry to hear that you felt let down by the courier we used to deliver your parcel. We spoke with them and it seems they tried to deliver your item four times (once more than is usual), before finally deciding the best option was to leave it with a neighbour. As far as I can tell the tracking details you received are the same level of details all customers receive and most people are more than happy with this - just see our other reviews. Anyway - now that you've collected your item we do hope that it serves you well and you can put any courier hassles behind you! Thanks for your order.

Hi Glenn, thanks for correcting the details in your review. Unfortunately, we can't tell delivery companies how to make their deliveries so we rely on them to do what they think is best. In your case, they left your tent with a neighbour and left you a card which is actually pretty standard practice for Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx and many others. I do hope you enjoy your new SoulPad though and that all future deliveries to your property will fit in your letterbox! Best wishes.

My order of guy ropes was delivered very quickly but was one rope short. Soulpad responded rapidly when i contacted them. They sent out another set of ropes straight away.

Fantastic company with great products, had one item delivered incorrectly which was rectified straight away, promptly and politely. Only 4 stars because I believe they could reduce the plastic in the packaging.

Good service and delivery. However they do leak water. The internal labels regarding fire warnings and soul pad label on the right of the door drip water after a period of rain. Also water does run down the door pole after a long period of rain.

I have bought a £100 gift voucher for my daughter and son in law for xmas. they want to by a large tent next year and this is to help towards it. vouchers are so usefull

Ordering was a great experience with lots of product information with photos, delivery was quick and on time. Only thing I'd say is that the delivery person left the package, obvs pretty big, in-between bins outside my front door, it could have easily been nicked, I would have preferred for it to be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point. Really good experience overall though.

If you could do us a favour and have a word with your postie about leaving parcels in silly places we'd be very grateful. Unfortunately we don't own our own courier company but if we did it would probably be the best courier company in the world.

Great tent, with a few minor additions could be excellent. Couple of friends had a bell tent from another supplier, the guy lines and pegs were much better quality, enabling you to get the tent more taught. Apart from that tent is great, kept us dry etc.
