I bought a 5m bell tent and various sets of lights recently. The tent is amazing. Accessories not so much. Both sets of outdoor Traditional Festoon Lighting didn't work. Their feedback was to try and fix them myself. I also bought a set of industrial festoon lighting (solar powered) which also haven't worked since the first night. I've inspected them a number of times and the recharagble battery keeps popping out so they dont charge in the sun. They are a pain. After 2 camping trips the tent bag fastening at the top has snapped and pulled thorough so now it doesn't fasten closed. Matt

The service was friendly and fairly knowledgeable on the groundsheet but I did find the product expensive for what it is. I bought a small table with folding legs but was somewhat disappointed to find that a couple of noticeable dents in the metal table top and even more so when my son quickly pointed out to me, after a search, that I could have bought the same table for £12 instead of the £28 paid via Soulpad. It did make me feel a bit stupid. Other than that, the bell tent I bought a few years ago has been fabulous. We've had some wonderful short breaks in it. Mark Richardson, NE Lincolnshire.

Hello Mark. Thanks for your review. I'm pleased to hear everything is going well with your tent. Regarding the table, had you let us know about this it would have been possible to get a refund. If you haven't used it yet it's maybe worthwhile calling our office for the returns procedure.

The products eventually were good, but Soulpad twice failed to deliver what I ordered, which was very frustrating and although I eventually got what I ordered the aggravation was all mine and there was no compensation or concern for the problem caused. I am not sure I would trust them again .
