“A mixed review. It has just taken me eight months to receive a refund for an incorrect charge, that was admitted to be incorrect by Apcoa eight months ago. On the plus side, a week ago my rebooked parking was not recognised when I attempted to enter the multi-storey, so I had to take a ticket from the machine. On my return I went to the parking office and the chap I spoke to could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He quickly resolved the problem and ensured that I had a trouble-free exit.”

“Excellent priority parking so close to terminal. However the 3 days parking was nearly as expensive as my flight! Too expensive.”

“Very easy to book, entering obvious dates, timings etc with instant availability shown. Long Stay was very convenient but I made the mistake of thinking that number plate recognition would lift the barrier on exit - my booking code was in the boot! Push button service checked my details verbally and quickly let me through. Generally very impressed but I do think the airport parking charges are disproportionally high.”

“Clean and convenient. Only a short wait for buses at 9am and at 10pm on return. Clean shelters, friendly driver. Excellent service. Just need slightly bigger signage on the drive in please.”

“Parking is excellent-especially as someone who is currently incapacitated due to ill health. Only criticism is when you pre-book the email tells you not to press for a ticket when you get there. So I didn’t. It doesnt tell you to take the one that is already there!”
