“The reason for this low rating is due to the response I received after sharing an honest complaint about a rude employee.Their answer to me was a generic apology and a $50 voucher that was redeemable on the same day before it would expire.Seems like just another way to get my money.”
“This used to be the best airline. There flights were reasonably priced and didn't have excessive fees. Now they are going start charging baggage fees and won't be my preferred airline. I always fly Southwest, but now they will be just like every other airline with no perks for flying with them.”
