“Not even worth the 1 star but had to leave something. Like playing roulette. Sometimes they send the product and sometimes they don't. It was in stock as well, according to them. Tried to buy a water temp gauge. Paid the money then the chase game was on. Excuse after excuse and always given a different date of shipping. Got my refund but was a frustrating experience.”

no update on shipping so enquire referencing business days shipping confirmed in order/receipt email. Support email back stating delay due to covid support will investigate and reply.

No reply, notification of item actually stocked or refund to PayPal. So sent the following.

If I am not replied to with in 2 days, the order cancelled and refunded I will be actioning a PayPal dispute.
I will also accurately review this experience with all times and dates on multiple review sites.
There is no excuse for lack of communication around this issue...
It appears they are taking peoples money for stock they do not actually have...???

“This is the second time in the past year I have placed an order with Sparesbox and after 1 week I have had to follow up as to why I have not received the parts. It would seem they don't stock the parts and relying on wholesalers to stock for them. First time they replied to state "after 1 week" sorry the part is not in stock and needs to be ordered in from the USA. now still waiting for a reply for products i ordered over 1 week ago, cant get them on the phone, dont reply to contact on their website and have to wait 20min for online chat now. wont shop ever again.”
“Shipment to ages for basic falcon parts because hey there such a rare car lol , rather poor initial customer service but improved when thru to a supervisor , delivery split over two days which was annoying . Don't recommend if your in a hurry for parts”
