“Sparklers turned up completely broken and no use to anyone. Tried to get hold of you and no one got back to me. You still owe me £7 please. I had to purchase from somewhere else as unneeded them for my wedding. Appauling service. Will never use again”

“I sent a lengthy email already to customer service outlining how inadequate the sparklers were. I still have three unopened packs as they were so disappointing we thought it best if we returned them to you. But no one has replied to my mail. I am very unhappy about this. michelley1971@yahoo.com”

“Ordered sparklers mid October, it's now mid November and still not received. Sent two emails asking where they are. No response apart from a generic email asking for a review... so here it is. Reading other previous reviews I wish I'd never ordered from this thief.”

“I purchased six sparklers for my sons 7 birthday to spell his name "MARCUS" to put on his cake. However after several attempts to light them infront of 25 children and 20 adults only the "S" lit. My son was very disappointed and bursted into tears. I am happy to return the sparklers to you and request a full refund. What use are they to me now. I look forward to hearing from you. “Paid for 72 hour shipping took 7 working days therefore not on time for even the surprise I wanted to do. Was sent one pack of the wrong sparklers when I bought pink hearts I got just a pack of normal ones. To top it off the sparklers were half broken when they got to me I would advice better packaging for something so fragile so most went to waste due to this. I believe the photos were misleading compared to the actual product being tiny and frankly disappointed with the whole thing, ruined a cute surprise.”

“I ordered 6 packs of 4x 10" indoor sparklers, I was emailed to inform me the coloured ones were out of stock so I replied that the gold ones would be ok. When my parcel arrived, what I infact received was 3 packs of 8x7" sparklers (though the printed label on the front of the box says they are 10" but the packaging is less than 10" long). I emailed to complain and received very basic and fairly unprofessional reply - no apology, just send it back for a reply - no signature/name. Nowhere on their email or website is a postal address to return to and my email asking for one has had no response.... so currently I have 24 sparklers that are no good to me, that cost a fraction of the price I paid for the larger ones (£4.35 vs £12.54). Oh and royal mail/couriers don't allow you to post fireworks... Avoid this company.”

“They only delivered 60 of the 100 sparklers. I wrote an email which was ignored. I phoned customer services, who took a message and never bothered replying. Very very poor. Wouldn't recommend.”

“The items were printed wrong. Then when trying to get in contact it was hard to find how to do so. Then when I found the email address the reply (after 4 days) was blunt and no you will not receive a reply pretty much. Will not be ordering again or saying to anyone else to do so either.”

“The material on the stick had shattered and was unusable. What cost me £7 to purchase and order (I received this two days later than expected) I could have purchased in Wilkinson's for 99p. I will not be shopping on your sight again.”

“The sparklers didn't arrive in time for my party. The delivery Charge is ridiculous to say it doesn't guarantee 48 hours - stick a 50p stamp on and chance it wit royal mail probably would have arrives in time. Won't be buying from here again”

“Sent the wrong items and didn't reply to my email request for a refund. I've given up trying to get my money back. Needless to say I won't use them again nor recommend them to anyone.”
