“the picture of sparklers showed a lot of long sparklers for 4.99 per hundred. When I went into the drop down box the price went up. I assumed then that it meant the burning part of the sparkler was bigger in the more expensive sparklers. I cannot use the sparklers you sent as they are too short for the children to hold. Can I send them back please.”

“Shipping was advised as 3-5 days. My order will be sent back as it didn't arrive in time (5days) for my event. With the item still not here, I am unable to send back for a refund. When looking in shops for a replacement last minute, I have also noticed the items are overpriced as opposed to the highstreet.”

“ordered 7 days prior to Wedding. Day prior still not received. Called to be told that we should probably get from elsewhere as they may not reach us in time. but we can go and collect them from the warehouse ourselves.”

“Items received weren't as expected. I feel I've been misled. I've contacted you about this and no one has got back to me! A very disappointing service! The 'long' sparklers were tiny when they arrived and unsuitable for what they were intended! Waste of money!”

“I placed my order on 11/07/16 and received an email on 12/07/16 stating my order was on its way. When I placed the order I was told the delivery would be either on or before 20/07/16, The order is for wedding sparklers on Saturday 23/07/16. The order has not been received and when I checked I was told they could not guarantee delivery, it should be by the end of the week. Sadly that is not good enough because I will not be at my address at the end of the week. The wedding is not local and I travel up in the early hours of Friday morning! Although I have been told I can get a full refund, this does not compensate for the disappointment.”

“First purchase, sent the cheaper version of sparklers without prior message or explanation. Different image and packaging from the advertised picture, if I know it would be the cheap brand I will not order! Dissapointed, felt cheated, won't order again!”

“I ordered 4 sparklers for a cake but when they arrived they were 5 medium sparklers FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY - as you can imagine these are not suitable for purpose as we intend to eat the cake indoors! I raised a query through Paypal and the response was to return the sparklers for a refund or hold onto them for a partial refund. I responded by asking if the correct item could be sent but received no reply. Following this I asked for a refund as they would not be received in time for the party but have not had a response to date.”

“Ordered 100 sparklers, selected and paid (£10) for delivery to arrive within 1-2 days. Arrived 3 days after order which was too late for my event. Made multiple attempts to contact company for refund, received no reply. Very poor service”
