“Rang me immediately when some of the items I ordered were out of stock. Replaced these items with a similar product and chucked in a few extra for free. Very much appreciated. Delivered all items on time.”

“Shipping was advised as 3-5 days. My order will be sent back as it didn't arrive in time (5days) for my event. With the item still not here, I am unable to send back for a refund. When looking in shops for a replacement last minute, I have also noticed the items are overpriced as opposed to the highstreet.”

“The delivery was quick, however I wasn't too impressed with the packaging and method of delivery - hermes left it outside my front door, anyone could have just taken it or it could have got soaked when it rained later!”
