“Ordered 12 foil animal heads for my sons Noahs ark theamed christening.Although delivery was within the stated timescale the packaging was poor.Balloons came in just an A4 paper envelope with a sticker over the clear window.no protective wrapping.. These balloons were inflated on the morning of the christening and made into balloon animal table centerpieces by a professional .Within 30 minutes of inflation all but 2 animal heads were deflating. We were unable to do anything else with these and this completely spoilt the whole look of the christening. We have sent 3 emails since to speak to someone with regards to the poor quality of these but it seems that poor quality items is not there only issue. Poor costumer care as well. Will not be using again.”

“I have not used the sparklers yet but they look good. Ordering was simple. Ordered on one day and received them the next. If they work as hoped - I would use the site again and recommend to others.”

“bought heart shaped sparklers specifically for outdoor use, the website says they can be used in or outdoors. arrived and packaging says indoor use. read the return policy and seems very complicated but not at all happy”

“First purchase, sent the cheaper version of sparklers without prior message or explanation. Different image and packaging from the advertised picture, if I know it would be the cheap brand I will not order! Dissapointed, felt cheated, won't order again!”

“Quick delivery and favour tags are perfect colour and style for wedding. Can't comment on sparkler quality as they are for our wedding in November. Would highly recommend though ????”
