“ordered 7 days prior to Wedding. Day prior still not received. Called to be told that we should probably get from elsewhere as they may not reach us in time. but we can go and collect them from the warehouse ourselves.”

“Our wedding is on 5th November so obviously sparklers are must! Really good service - We ordered sparklers that were too small for the tags and instead of just sending them we were contacted and told about the size which would be best. They arrived quickly and good value for money. Thank you!”

“Items received weren't as expected. I feel I've been misled. I've contacted you about this and no one has got back to me! A very disappointing service! The 'long' sparklers were tiny when they arrived and unsuitable for what they were intended! Waste of money!”

“I placed my order on 11/07/16 and received an email on 12/07/16 stating my order was on its way. When I placed the order I was told the delivery would be either on or before 20/07/16, The order is for wedding sparklers on Saturday 23/07/16. The order has not been received and when I checked I was told they could not guarantee delivery, it should be by the end of the week. Sadly that is not good enough because I will not be at my address at the end of the week. The wedding is not local and I travel up in the early hours of Friday morning! Although I have been told I can get a full refund, this does not compensate for the disappointment.”

“Speedy delivery - well packaged - good quality "Standard Fireworks" Loved being able to see the real time burning - it reassured me that they will last more than long enough for our daughters Sparkler exit. Many thanks”

“I was quite disappointed with my sparklers. They are described as 'long sparklers' and the photo on the website shows long sparklers that reach above the top rim of a metal bucket. The sparklers I received were tiny with little room to hold.”

“The only thing I would say to improve on is possibly having a picture of the sparklers compared to an everyday object such as a Coca Cola can. This gives more of an idea what size they are. Brilliant service though.”
