“A light was sent faulty, it was a bit of a performance to get it replaced and Sparks still haven't paid the postage for the faulty package we returned. Communication with Sparks is a nightmare. I would avoid.”

“Well--not a totally satisfactory outcome directly but you were able to help on hinges for our Hoover washer---we had to buy a new door!! actual hinges no longer stocked Refund was prompt...thank you”

“I have requested to return an item and get a refund. Have returned the item as per their instruction. Paid my own return postage and yet i havent received my refund. Spent more for nothing! Have contacted their customer service continuously but didnt get a reply! Not recommended!”
