“Better hope you don't need to return anything.
I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies.
When I asked customer service what the additional fee was for and why it wasn't listed in the store policies, I was accused of violating the store's 30 day return policy, which was just not true (and also didn't explain why they're not being up-front with their customers about return fees).
I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.”
“Your prices are very good. The only issue is your website doesn’t allow you to input different addresses for billing and shipping. I attempted to change it 4 times but each time I tried to change one or the other, they both automatically changed. Ultimately I decided that as long as my purchase was shipped to the person I wanted to have it, the billing address was not important to anyone but you. I also w didn’t get any estimate of a shipping/receiving date .”

“I was nervous about purchasing an expensive bat from a company I had no experience with and then there was an issue with my order. The bat I purchased for my son was no longer in stock when the order was being filled. I was offered the newer, more pricey version of the same product at the same price. The bat arrived just before we left town for a big tournament and my son was thrilled! Because of my positive customer service experience, I will purchase from SPC Sports again. I have three sons that play baseball, so I’m sure it won’t be long until we are in need of another piece of equipment;)”
