“I attended specsavers Winsford as nose grip on my glasses had come off they kindly put me new ones on to the glasses but within a few days one came off again I went to specsavers Winsford again and the member of staff who served me said it had come off completely and would require new front at the cost of £30 the glasses weren’t even 12 months old I paid the £30 over the phone as there card reader wasn’t working on the day. I was shocked to have to pay anything with the glasses not even being 12 months old this has put me off using specsavers again.”
