“Specsavers Newport town centre. I developed a worrying odd vision symptom while on holiday. DIdn't want to spend the rest of the day waiting in A&E, so looked for a local optician as a first step. Got an urgent eye exam appointment at Specsavers for an hour later. Incredibly good service, with helpful knowledgeable and kindly staff throughout, evident professional expertise, and state of the art equipment. I was fully expecting to pay a lot for this, and would not have protested, but was told it was all on the NHS. Incredible. Brilliant.”

The lady i dealt with was Marina stevanja, she is such a lovely, kind, helpful and patient lady who put a lot of time and effort into helping and support me through a difficult situation with my glasses 👓.
I am sooooo grateful to her!!! What an amazing woman!!! I will not go anywhere else!!!

I took my hearing aid into Specsavers yesterday as one of them was blocked again, and I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Dan. This isn’t the first time Dan has helped me, and once again he was absolutely wonderful.
