Biggest waste of time, I ordered 35mm coloured film start of October. Still haven’t received it and instead of sending my an email saying they’re arent sending me my film they refunded the money but only half the amount I paid. Absolute joke.

As advised via our phone message yesterday, your order was sent on 3rd January and Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 5th. We see that you have now requested delivery to an alternative neighbour address, and hope that you will find the goods satisfactory. Please note that in the event of non-arrival of an order, we much prefer customers contacting us first by phone or email before leaving a review, which can be misleading.

Purchased a Retrospective 10 camera bag which arrived with a faulty "white mark on base of the bag. Was told this happens to cloth bags. !!! Bought one elsewhere with no problems at all with the bag material. Not satisfied with slow service. Will not be using SpeedGraphic again. For any other equipment. This is based on this doomed purchase which I have now received full refund and my return postage cost.

We're sorry you had this problem. Some variation in the look of the cotton material is a feature of the Retrospective bags, although the marking on your bag was unacceptable and we agreed to replace the bag as soon as your picture was received. Your intial email was sent on Christmas Eve when we were closed, and so it was inevitably a few days later when we responded, and as you say, we agreed to refund the bag and carriage cost.

I ORDERED AN ELINCROME STUDIO LIGHT, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT LOOKED A BIT PLASTICKY AND FLIMSY, SO I PHONED SPEEDGRAPHIC AND TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED TO SEND IT BACK FOR A REFUND, AND THEY SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK THRU MY POST OFFICE, WHICH COST ME £19, SO I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. REGARDS BILLY STOCK

We offer free carriage for purchases over £50, and we will always cover the cost of return carriage for any item which is faulty. This doesn't apply if you change your mind about a product. The easiest and cheapest option for larger items is to book a courier collection online. As advised, Royal Mail will be more expensive, except for small items. We are sorry you didn't like the Elinchrom D-Lite, but having sold several hundred over the last few years we have found it a very reliable product.

Appalling! Product arrived sealed but scratched. I contacted customer services via the given email address explaining the problem and clearly stated that whilst it was obviously supplier problem it was THEIR supplier and I wanted their support in resolving the issue. I received no communication whatsoever. So, in my view they don't care about their customers.

Never received my item. Was made to feel like I was at fault for purchasing / wanting the item and needing it for a specific date; i did allow a week for it to be sent within the UK so ample time by my estimation. The tone of the replies to my messages were indifferent and unsympathetic to my situation. I am a self-employed photographer and on the odd occasion when things go wrong; I do my very best to amend it immediately. What I do not is blame another party, say its out of my control and ask the client to just wait. I don't know if you will agree; but for me every new client is to be treated like the first. I have a loyal client base that hire me over and over again because they know I am reliable and what I say I will do gets done, not time and budget. I am very sorry to say that I will not be purchasing anything from you again and I will not be able to recommend you to anyone; if anything quite the opposite. Also; unfortunately I have to admit that I will not be able to leave you positive feedback. I have been so disappointed and the matter (which was no way of my making) has been dragged out so long, I have opened a case against you to receive my monies and when the matter is resolved I will be leaving you negative feedback. A frustrating matter made worse by very poor customer service.
