“Good products that work very well, however, the light can be found considerably cheaper elsewhere, which sadly I only found out after I received it. Nonetheless overall I'm happy with the products and the service.”

“Your service is excellent but the sleeves in the photo album are not of good enough quality to clearly show photographs. Very disappointing compared to Secol.”

Many thanks for your review. The Mapac portfolios are good value but at under half the price of the Secol equivalent, it's a bit like comparing chalk and cheese. Secol make the best 'glass clear' polyester sleeves you can buy: we don't sell them any more because of declining demand and an unhelpful attitute towards carriage charges by the manufacturer.

“I bought a VALOI 35mm Holder. The product is good but hugely overpriced, but that's VALOI's rrp so not in Speed Graphic's control I guess. Delivery was good but a bit overpriced (£3.99) and shame it's only free for orders over £100. Overall a good experience and trustworthy site. Thanks”

“Hello, the only problem I have encountered is a payment on delivery of € 12.00, I think it is customs taxes. I have to be honest, for a piece of plastic the cost seems excessive to me, plus I paid the taxes. Everything else OK, you have a nice site, well done and everything works perfectly.”

“Speed Graphic stock a good range of sometimes hard to source 'bits and bobs'. Their T&C are reasonably clear and they ship promptly. Much to like and as a specialist photo-centric e-tailer are fairly well differentiated from most photo retailers both on and offline. Granted I don't shop there very frequently, but when they have what I want at a fair price I'm happy to place my business with them.”

“Excellent choice and efficient service. I would have given you 5 star's but the Post Office delivery was shambolic as usual. Said that they had delivered it one day, they hadn't, actually arrived the following day. Not sure why the PO are so poor. I would pay a few pounds more for more reliable delivery service.”

Thanks for your comments. We've recently upgraded all our postings to a tracked service, so we're interested to get feedback. Your parcel was delivered 2 days after it was posted, which is as expected, so I'm sorry there was some confusion about the messaging you received. We have found that overall, since starting to use the service at the beginning of October, there has been a marked improvement in reliability.
