“You often have the very thing I'm after, so I appreciate your service. My order (tripod bag) was a bit slow coming and I sent a reminder, but you did reply and the bag arrived shortly after - so not really complaining!”

“Very good product I bought 8x6 mounts , I would have given 5starts but I had to order 10x8 mounts from another company as speed graphic had none in stock for ages . Good fast delivery and I will be back for more . Fast”

“I didn't rate Speed Graphic with 5 stars just because the delivery company they use here in Portugal, GLS. They are very unprofessional, very umpolite and lyers. If not I would rate with 5 stars because they are very nice and professional. Please try to change the way you realized the deliveries. They are thousands of complaints against GLS, here in Portugal.”

Thank you for the information. We are surprised that a small packet sent through the postal service ended up being delivered by GLS, although Royal Mail and Parcelforce in the UK are affiliated with GLS throughout Europe. Our larger parcels are sent by DPD. There isn't anything we can do to change the Royal Mail arrangement, but we'll pass on your comments to our account manager.

“Firstly just use my first name, thanks 😊 Sadly some of the Kenro mounts in the pack were scratched and marked, I was only able to use half of them. You weren’t to know as they were packaged up but maybe you could pass on to Kenro. Unfortunately I didn’t get chance to let you know at the time or send across the pic I took of them to show you.”

Thanks for your review. We have experienced problems with the latest batch of Kenro mounts. Kenro are currently checking every box in their warehouse to identify any which are less than perfect. If you haven't already contacted us please do so and we will replace the blemished mounts.

“I returned to Speed Graphic to purchase additional Lee Filters accessories for my recent Nikon Z purchase. Similar to previous experience the stock availability was of most importance and the assured delivery time of my purchase. “I ordered on Saturday 15th Sept and when I sent the order I realised I had made an error. I immediately emailed sales to explain my mistake and see if it could be rectified or should I cancel the order? They did not pick up my emails but have since resolved my issue satisfactorily. Goods were delivered on time and efficiently.”

“Speedy delivery, however not enough care taken when packing as the top frame was damaged, the black layer had been peeled back, from the cardboard luckily it glued back down. Bagging frames before packing would be a good idea.”
