“I ordered this can of anti glare 'full matt', I haven't used it yet so can't comment on the product itself just yet, but it was dispatched quickly. There weren't many other anti glare products on the market to choose from, so I'm hoping this will be effective the next time I have a film crew in who want to cut the glare from my shiny cupboards.”

“Got material, fairly quick. Would advise that material is double checked, to ensure EVERYTHING is included. I was missing one piece of equipment. It was not essential or detrimental to overall box of materials. But it it was a spoiler.”

“My order came nicely packaged with plenty of flow-pak which is reassuring to know for an order containing liquid photo-chemicals. Delivery time seemed a little a slow, but this may have been due in part to the current pandemic.”

“Items were easy to find on their website and were dispatched very quickly. However, the packaging could have been better. There were two small cracks in the lid on both cases. Not enough to affect how they work but enough to be a bit annoying.”

“Ordered a Novoflex focussing rail and a step up ring. The focussing rail arrived very promptly (withion two days) even though the website said it had to be specially ordered so well done, it works a treat. Still waiting for the step up ring though!”

The ring is in transit from Germany, and we hope to receive it by the end of the week, but at the moment all deliveries from Europe are being delayed.

“I had originally left a 2 star review due to a 2 week wait for a order, I obviously wasn't very happy with the fact i hadn't received my order but it turns out (at no fault of their own) Royal mail had failed to leave a slip when they tried to deliver my order, so it been sat at my local post office collection point for 2 weeks without my knowledge. Thanks for Speed Graphic putting up with my grumpiness and being professional throughout. I would order again for sure but hopefully my local postman sorts themselves out.”

We have reduced our standard charge by £1. Sadly, this does not reflect Royal Mail changes, which rise inexorably year on year. However, we aim to be fully competitive, but in the end there is no such thing as 'free carriage'. The vendor (and purchaser) must pay for it in some way.

“The shopping experience was good, the product Lee filters adapter caps were not - thin plastic which was warped on all 3 caps. I have seen this complaint on other retailer sites so obviously a product issue rather than Speed Graphic whom I have used in the past with excellent experiences”

Thanks for your review. The Lee adapter caps use a material which has a degree of flexibility - this allows them to be more easily pushed on to the adapter. However, if they don't sit properly in place there could be a problem, so if you're still unhappy, please return them for exchange.
