“After a lot of online research I decided to buy a Plustek Optic Film 8200i and found Speed Graphic very competitive prices and I rang them to discuss the equipment and the next version up in order to make my decision to buy. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and once my decision was made I placed my order. It came by courier and arrived very promptly and I have been very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Prompt delivery of my purchase but would have got 5 stars had they bothered to send a confirmation of my order by email (as every other on line store does). I had to take a screen grab of their web page showing the order number to have a record of it.”

Thanks for your review. We do send email order acknowledgments, so we are investigating why you didn't receive one. We do find that sometimes these automated responses end up in customers' junk folders.

“The goods arrived safely in about 20 days. You did a good job. What I found inconvenient was that shipping was not included when ordering. This is an example of B & H (USA). In my order, shipping and customs duties are calculated. Moreover, it is more convenient because I can choose the shipping fee. I would like to improve it.”

We're a small UK business - tiny by comparison to B&H - and although our regular carriers offer us fixed rates by road throughout Europe, when it comes to air shipping we calculate by consignment, which is why no shipping is shown at checkout. We also can't afford to invest in software to include customs charges etc for the level of export business we do. But, we thank you for your order, and for taking the trouble to post feedback.

“My ordered arrived on time and was well packaged. The chemicals I’d ordered had leaked slightly in transit but thankfully didn’t ruin the rest of the order as it was packaged in another plastic bag! Will definitely be using Speed Graphic again when I need some new Dark Room supplies”
