“Meh. I bought a piece from them (a camera power adapter) that turned out to be non-functional on its own which was not clear from the description. I asked for technical support on how to make it functional (e.g. to recommend another component that they might sell), and never got a response. Instead, I got an automatic request to write a review. So here it goes. I suppose I can expect further spam, not technical support.”

We don't have any record of your enquiry. As it says in the product description: 'The CRSFW50 Camera Coupler fits the battery compartment of Sony cameras using the NP-FW50 battery, and is used in conjunction with the Case Relay Power system to provide a continuous power supply.', so we don't think it could be clearer. If you don't want the power system you can return the adapter cable for a refund.

“Speed Graphic stock a good range of sometimes hard to source 'bits and bobs'. Their T&C are reasonably clear and they ship promptly. Much to like and as a specialist photo-centric e-tailer are fairly well differentiated from most photo retailers both on and offline. Granted I don't shop there very frequently, but when they have what I want at a fair price I'm happy to place my business with them.”
