“This was the first time I had ordered using the internet, I usually order by phone. The process was very easy, even for a me as I am not confident using computers to order things. It was easy to look and see what films were available and to place the order. I felt confident using a firm I had used before and could trust. The films arrived in only a few days, very well packed and in perfect condition, post free. As only a very occasional customer, although I always go to Speed Graphic first, I received very good service. Thank you.”

“One of the internal dividers of the Op/tech accessory pack was split at the stitching on receipt. Not enough of a fault to go to the trouble of returning it but irritating nevertheless. This is the second order I have received with a minor fault.”

We're sorry you were unhappy with the Op/tech pouch. It's unusual, and there is a no-quibble warranty with this product, so if you change your mind about returning it, let us know. We do try to ensure that everything we sell is of good quality and fit for purpose, so it's of concern that you've had 2 less than satisfactory items sent.
