“I am very pleased that you stock a variety of Indian products in stock. However, it is also sad that quite often some of the products remain out of stock for a considerable time. This is one main reason for me to hold back on my purchases and look for an alternative seller. I think it would be an improvement to swap your transport provider. FedEx is never on time.”

“Delivery and quality is good. It's my first choice for ordering indian items. But needs improvement in inventory. Whenever I try to order almost 3 items are out of stock. Even after waiting for few days of is not available.”

“The only feedback i have is the packaging. For glass or liquid items, sufficient protection should be kept. Many items have been damaged for us and we could not use it. Although we might get a partial refund, we could not enjoy those foods.”
