“We got spoiled vegetables. I was happy with my previous order consist vegetables so I was very keen to order from spice village this time too inspite of the high price where we are getting the vegetables half the price in other sites I was very disappointed this time and would never prefer this site for vegetables”

“You’re sending all the vegetables in plastic which is disheartening for me . Even though I asked to send in wrapped paper which increases life of vegetables . Most of the time I receive spoiled vegetables and this time drumstick was spoiled but I didn’t asked for refund because I‘m tired to ask. Also plastic bags are ruining our environment badly , I don’t understand why aren’t you taking this seriously. Officially plastic are banned in Germany since 1.1 .2022. Next time I encourage you to send in either paper bag or in wrapped paper .”

“Excellent service always.. never give a chance to recall for any missed items or changes. Proactively exchange the items for unavailable products with other brands. Huge varieties for local Indian snack brands. The delivery is prompt on said date.. Been a happy customer since 4 years.”
