“Excellent service always.. never give a chance to recall for any missed items or changes. Proactively exchange the items for unavailable products with other brands. Huge varieties for local Indian snack brands. The delivery is prompt on said date.. Been a happy customer since 4 years.”

“Great service, and when you are in some remote corner of Europe with no Indian Food stores, this is a godsend. Even if you live in cities with Indian Food stores, it's still easier to browse through their website and just click and purchase, than try to find those few stores. The prices are quite reasonable too. I also appreciate the fact that they called me when there was a shortage of some of the stuff I ordered. These days supply chains are failing everywhere, and rather than have a rude surprise of not getting what you want, it helps to know in advance. The guy on the phone even replaced the missing items with equivalent substitutes, so that was really cool of him.”

“I have been ordering from Spice Village for quite some time and I can say I am a happy customer. Prices are affordable, they even ship vegetables and fruits to Aachen. They have the largest collection of groceries. Their customer service support is very courteous. Affordability and convenience are the main factors to keep on buying from Spice village.”
