“- While ordering Shipment fee was charged despite ordering for more than 100 EUR - Shipment was not delivered to door step. Kept it in the ground flour and we had to carry to the 2nd floor”

“The vegetables received were very fresh also the overall quality of product packing and delivery is very good. I specifically like the freshness of the veggies and Indian Mangos. The delivery was within 2 days.”

“I was supposed to get one day delivery. The delivery was delayed and was delivered next day and hence I had to throw away all the perishable items like frozen coconut, 4 paneer packs. Arvi was rotten. Fresh vegetables were put at the bottom and heavy things like atta pack was dumped on it. Order # - 50064/1 , Delivery partner - Fairsenden”

“Very expensive, free delivery only available between 2-4 days. This is not well thought place, what if you are ordering frozen or refrigerated food ? It will be in a box for few days? Not coming back for sure !”

Hi, Thank you for your review, if you have any questions you can always email us. Free delivery is for normal orders. However, if you ask for special items they require special delivery conditions hence we charge extra. We do not send Frozen items if delivery takes more than 12 hours since it gets spoilt - hence the extra costs for us and the extra delivery charges. I hope this clears your doubt and I hope you revisit your review because this is not a fair review. If things are expensive you can always contact us and we show you brands that are cheaper.
