“A bit disappointed that 3 of the 5 products were substituted. I picked the box I did specifically for the products in it but the person I sent it to liked it.”

“Good selection of stuff, and ability to build your own hamper was great. However, I had requested 19th of Feb for delivery (our anniversary), but instead it got delivered on the 14th - the one day I specifically didn't want it to arrive. I get it is difficult to predict exact delivery date (I do outwards shipping as part of my day job), but this was miles out - and to be expected as it was shipped on the 13th and most deliveries are still next day.”

“Lovely box and beautiful items, however it was organised for Valentine’s Day and delivered the day prior, which wasn’t as fun for the person receiving it.”

“Delivery took far too long, I suspect the order wasn't dealt with when I put it through as I'd asked for it to be delivered over the weekend (ordered Thursday) and it wasn't delivered until a week later. By which time the recipient had already returned to work (this was a gift from her colleagues) - it was very disappointing. Aside from this she seemed to be happy with the gift.”
