“Lovely gifts and well packaged, friends & family have always loved it for the many times I have ordered. Not very good customer service and often unresponsive when things go wrong though.”

“Purchased a beer gift box and a build a box as 2 separate gifts but in the same order as they were going to the same household. They arrived packaged together in one gift box as one gift, despite having paid $14.99 for the build a box gift box.”

“Package itself was great quality but went asked for a specific delivery date I did think it would be as close as would be with it being a birthday present. It arrived 5 days early so was a bit dissapointed as wasnt a surprise as i hoped”
