“I was able to put together my own collection for the gift basket, which was great.The recipient seemed to really enjoy it. It was apparently dispatched quite quickly - also a strong positive. Tracking the parcel was not straight forward or easy. Several other companies I have used have sent me notices regarding their status, including when in transit, when at the target city warehouse, and, most importantly, when delivered. I was NOT able to see this easily with Spoli Me. However, my main gripe is that it was delivered without the personalised note - which had been carefully composed and was important. There was no indication whatsoever who it was from. I only found out that it HAD been delivered some 10 or 12 days later when I eventually contacted the recpient to ask.”

“While the gift box we ordered was fine the courier couldn't find the address but didn't let us know till a week later. So we missed the recipient's birthday. Very disappointing.”

“Good selection of stuff, and ability to build your own hamper was great. However, I had requested 19th of Feb for delivery (our anniversary), but instead it got delivered on the 14th - the one day I specifically didn't want it to arrive. I get it is difficult to predict exact delivery date (I do outwards shipping as part of my day job), but this was miles out - and to be expected as it was shipped on the 13th and most deliveries are still next day.”

“Delivery took far too long, I suspect the order wasn't dealt with when I put it through as I'd asked for it to be delivered over the weekend (ordered Thursday) and it wasn't delivered until a week later. By which time the recipient had already returned to work (this was a gift from her colleagues) - it was very disappointing. Aside from this she seemed to be happy with the gift.”
