“Although the package we received was more or less similar to the picture...the delay in delivery was certainly unexpected. There was a two day delay..it was my brother's milestone birthday but alas he received the gift two days after. This was the first time I experienced such poor service. I was so disappointed .”

“Paid $20 fee for delivery. Ordered 8th June to arrive on the 11th. Order not received until 12th June. Felt $20 courier fee was a bit steep for that service. Other than that the product was beautiful.”

“Placed order Wed evening for delivery in West Auckland. (As gift was despatched from Auckland I expected delivery on Thursday or Friday at latest.) Rang courier on Friday afternoon concerned it hadn't arrived yet. Was told it probably wouldn't arrive until Monday! However, rep said she would do her best. Very pleased the gift was delivered on Saturday morning and cousin delighted with it. Disappointed with the delay in delivery but overall happy with the gift.”

“VERY annoying to have this request for a review pop up every time I go in to check on delivery. The recipient was impressed with the presentation of the gift. However it was supposed to arrive for his birthday on 17th but he didn't get it until today. We have stuff delivered form Auckland to Coromandel quicker than that. Might be time to engage another courier company.”

“The assistance of the phone was excellent, however the courier delivered the parcel to 63 Mt Albert Rd, instead of 63 Allendale Rd, which meant I had to make a special trip to collect it. The person at the address was honest enough to call to let me know the parcel was there.”

“Although the gift was nicely wrapped and placed safely once delivered, my rating is based on the overall experience. Poor customer service with no acknowledgement of my email when following up when it’ll be delivered. Fast replies wouldve made me give you a 5.”
