“The product take a long time to arrive. No tracking.”

“A lot of products were out of stock this time. I had to make up my own package as it's difficult to find a package that doesn't have alcohol. I didn't feel as though it was as good a value as in the past when I've used it. Also the tracking code with PostHaste didn't fit their criteria so I wasn't sure when it was actually delivered. Other than that the process is easy and the concept great. I can't answer some of the questions below as I don't know when it was delivered. I've put 3 for everything below as I didn't see it!”

“I just realised that in a prior order (DPPH5DPOD) I needed to choose from the different shipping options when I initially thought it had automatically picked the correct option based on the delivery address. This proved to be incorrect, as it defaulted to Auckland for this order as well, even though the delivery is to Timaru. This is really confusing and I am concerned the previous order won't go through smoothly.”

“I was a bit gutted that I ordered 2 mystery boxes to the same place for the same person selected go all out thinking it would be fun an exciting but was sent two of the exact same stuff if I had known I would’ve selected them specifically from the drop down box so they werent both the same very gutted and also embarrassing as they thought I had accidentally order twice I think some initiative should have been taken here I have learnt my lesson.”

“The products and packaging are great, delivery was quick. No issues there at all. However, I did 3 separate orders and the messages accompanying the orders got mixed up. Was embarrassing to say the least....”
