“Every single polo shirt has failed around the stitching on the buttons, armpits, and neck. Not great when they cost as much as they do. I have £10 Tü shirts from Sainsbury's that have lasted longer and been through more trying experiences.
There's a good £800 worth of shirts just fallen apart on me.”
“What’s happened to your sizing and quality? I’m a creature of habit so have bought multiple pairs of the same trousers or jeans over a number of years, but the sizing seems to have suddenly gone to pot. They’re massive, sadly this isn’t down to me loosing weight! The quality of the fabric also seems to have reduced.”

“Generally good products but AVOID denim, dye issues result in unattractive fading esp around knees.
Also, customer service refused to recognize obvious dye issue even with presentation of photographs as proof. Took no responsibility offered discount coupon without addressing obvious issue.
T shirts are fine, AVOID DENIM.”
