“I measured correctly and the trousers were too tight in the waist. Previous sizes one up had kept falling down but these are way too tight. Their advice was to buy the next size up so I will, just not with Spoke. Customer services are prissy and the returns process a convoluted pain. My trousers are going to charity and I am going to another rag merchant. An expensive lesson. Caveat Emptor.”
“Poor quality products. After wearing their “House Trousers” only 5-6 times the main popper/button came away from the fabric, so they became totally unusable and irreparable. I will now have to throw them in the bin. I contacted their customer service department regarding the issue and they suggested that I give them to charity. Not impressed!!!”
“Unfortunately the sizing even though customized is inconsistent across different types of pants. I had cords + smart pants + denim and all of them are different sizes. This is not normal and the navy pants has the worst fitting ever! I chose build A + tapered legs and it’s evident that the person finalizing the fitting did a poor job! The trousers have a weird baggy thigh and a tapered lower leg. Instead of a all tapered look a type A + narrow leg should have. I didn’t return it because it’s too much of a bother- but not going to order anymore from them.”
“Extremely disappointed. The trousers had worse fit than any other I’ve ever tried.
Even worse, after 2 years I still haven’t got a decent way of returning them, and no money back. The customer service has been the worst ever. Still not able to get my money back!
