“Trousers are really good quality and the fit is really good (it took 2 returns to get it just right).
I had to return a pair of summer trousers after 6 months when they ripped next to a pocket. No hassle from them, they replaced them no quibble.
My only niggle is that they are on the expensive side and the offers that they run usually don't qualify for unless you buy a lot of from them regularly”
“I like the products you have as they fit me perfectly! However, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. I struggle at times to justify the cost i'm being asked to pay and have as a result not purchased as i have done in the past - it's a shame, a real shame. I can't understand that the costs are the same if not more expensive that shop bought products, even though your selling them as an internet based business which should mean lower overhead costs, surley?, leading to reduced product pricing??”

We work hard to create a product that always offers value - we really are putting Italian cotton and Swiss zips into our chinos - cut and finished in Europe and the UK. These things aren't cheap, and we really do try to keep our costs down where we can, without ever compromising on quality. I hope this helps explain our prices, and thanks again for your feedback. “Great service always fast delivery I’ve got 14 pairs in my wardrobe so far, the only slight moan is that the leg length which is supposed to be the same on all of them varies somewhat leavening some shorter than I prefer otherwise very satisfied with the trousers.”

The quality though are not so great year on year. My first one was bought back in 2017/18 I think, but the more recent purchase started to show easy wear and tear, e.g. hole in the pocket and dis-colouring of blue trousers. I have noticed the production changed from Portugal to Southeast Asia? This may not support the price of the products if the quality is not top-notch.”

Really glad to hear that you've enjoyed our marketing, though sorry you've had a couple of disappointing experiences with our products. Many of our products are still made in Portugal, but we do have a few suppliers elsewhere too.

“I’m a big fan of Spoke . I think I’ve bought 4 pairs of jeans , one pair of shorts and another pair of jeans for my son. When I’ve needed to change them it’s been easy and efficient.
My only comment is that when I receive emails form you, you don’t seem to recognise me or know what size I order which is a pain because I have to go through all the size malarkey again!
But overall I’m a big fan and regularly tell my friends to check you out!”

“I have bought a number of pairs of chinos from you since you first appeared on the market. They fit very well and are comfortable.
One minor problem is that the material with a world map print you use for pockets wears out very fast compared to other brands, leaving nowhere to keep loose coins.”
