“Very disappointed with sports bet I have a joint bank account with my partner I used our bank card to deposit money on Sportsbet without any problems what so ever till I won $1000 on a bet that’s when they permanently closed my account and refused to payout my winnings they just offered me a refund for the deposited money that I used from my joint bank account my advice to everyone is to avoid Sportsbet altogether you run the risk of being refused payment of your winnings believe me they are bad business stay away I am not saying this lightly you could lose a lot of money with Sportsbet I did and you have no power to fight them however I am looking in to legal actions to sue Sportsbet for unfair treatment fraud and bribery”

“I like the sportsbet format & features but continue to be put off by the staggeringly bad customer service they provide which unfortunately reflects a pretty arrogant culture within their organization. I've had trouble even getting the correct amount credited to my account. Today I'm unable to even place a bet then spent half an hour waiting to get through on the phone. I suggest Sportsbet show a little more regard for their smaller punters as our money adds up.”

“All punters pass the word around don’t trust this company . If you deposit money from a different account than the user all winning bets are voided. You will find this out when you try to withdraw. They hate paying winnings Be very wary. Don’t bet with this site.”

“They throw all these awesome fun looking advertising on T,V ,They Suck you in like JBHIFI 😁 It's a betting app it's okay, But just remember they keep all your details for 7 year's after you cancel your account, Just for government auditing, Which is fair enough but they should have this in large print not small haa. Have fun punt on 🦘🦘”

“Recently I began receiving an error when placing a bet on the horses. Selecting the Top Tote odds I'd get the message "Errors on your bet slip" and it would not accept my wager. Then I tried placing the same bet using the lower Fixed Odds - it accepted the bet. Called customer service and found "the brokers" had blocked my account from accessing the tote odds. No-one was available to explain why they had done this, I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. Googled the issue and found more instances of dodgy practices. There's plenty of other providers out there, bet with someone else.”

“Been a long time customer with Sportsbet and absolutely disgraceful customer service. Closed my account yesterday after many years being a so called premium customer. If that’s how a premium customer gets treated would hate to see how a regular punter gets treated. Customer service Is non existent and will take business elsewhere.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Sportsbet have no customer loyalty, no oncentives to stay with them and bad customer service representatives. If you want a good betting company switch to Bet 365.”

“Was with them for 8 years, for some reason they took away the odds power up option. I asked customer service that said they'd put in a request. No change. I went back & asked customer service why, they don't know. They had no power to investigate this issue so I took my money out & now gone elsewhere. There was even a time they had a special to get your money back in bonus bets, I had to fight them to get it. Disgraceful behaviour & useless customer service department. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the supervisor was the highest person i coukd speak to but they had no power to fix anything. Seriously disappointed.”

“I have Sportsbet and find it extremely dissapointing. I have been with them for over 20 years and they have zero customer loyalty. If you want a good betting company I suggest Bet 365. They are big on customer loyalty- frequent free bet credits and have an awesome cash out option. Also they show live scores so you can cash out whenever you want.”

“The biggest SCAMMERS in the betting business!! don't trust them! They've suspended my cashout before the game has even started or sometimes early in the game they will suspended my multi at their discretion, they have done this to me since September this year, what's the point of having a cashout option when most of the time it's suspended? This is how they get ya!! dodgy, greedy c**TS! Pack of frauds and very misleading! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMS!!”

“No customer service, price, delivery, return or refund deserves NO STARS! I placed a bet on the Eagle very early in the day to ensure good odds. Also placed bets on 3 other horses in the same race exactly the same way: 1 bet on the Win and another on the Place. Before confirming I always make sure I have an even number of bets. Just so happens I picked the winner but my bet had conveniently disappeared! The outlay wasn’t that big but the return was and, thanks to Sportsbet, I’ve lost the lot! After reading these reviews, it doesn’t surprise me. CS just say “you don’t have a bet for a Win”. I don’t have a Win because it was deleted. What I do wish I had was a screen shot of my bet slip. Think how easy this is for them to delete a minor bet out of the hundreds of thousands taken on Derby Day. I’m no fool but I don’t have a leg to stand on and Sportsbet know it. If you know what’s good for you, leave these scammers or just STAY AWAY!!!!! I have cancelled my account.”
